Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced senior supply chain leader to drive end-to-end supply chain optimization across procurement, inventory planning, distribution, and logistics.

You will lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service levels in a multi-category retail environment, aligning supply chain strategies with growth plans and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• 5–8 years in senior leadership roles (Head of Supply Chain, Senior Manager, Director).
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
• Strong data analytics capability (Excel, BI tools, dashboards).
• End-to-end supply chain management (plan, source, make, deliver).
• Inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive cost optimization, service level improvement, and operational scalability.
• Lead transformation initiatives including automation, digitalization, and network optimization.
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and inventory replenishment strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, and procurement processes.
• Ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across the supply chain network.
• Drive working capital efficiency and reduce logistics and operational costs.
• Implement KPI tracking and reporting dashboards.
• Lead and develop supply chain team, build succession plans and enhance team capabilities.
