Job summary

The first local principal company in Malaysia to focus on advanced wound care dressings. is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator (Entry Level) in Kuala Lumpur.

You will monitor stock, plan orders, and consolidate shipments across Malaysia and nearby regions, while building relationships with manufacturers and freight agents. Ideal candidates have a valid driving license, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license and own vehicle required.
• Good communication and attention to detail required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Familiar with basic shipping terms (CIF, LCL).
• EPF, SOCSO, medical coverage, and annual leave provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels across Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Etc
• Plan & place purchase orders with manufacturers to avoid OOS situations
• Book and consolidate shipments to Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Etc
• Occasionally drive to collect small stock quantities for the office & drop off at facilities
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and shipping/freight agents
• Track shipment status and flag delays or discrepancies
