Job summary

Yara International (M) Sdn Bhd seeks an Logistics Coordination internship to support the Supply Chain team in logistics coordination, documentation management, shipment tracking, and admin duties at Pulau Indah, Klang.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field, basic MS Office skills, and strong data accuracy. Internship spans 6 months from 15th September 2026 with Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and allowances provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy.
• Willingness to be based in Pulau Indah, Klang and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operation work of Supply Chain Management.
• Coordinate daily shipment arrangements (Export & Domestic).
• Organize and file physical and electronic copies of documents for easy retrieval.
• Maintain accurate document records and ensure completeness of supporting documents.
• Highlight any missing or mismatched documents to the Supply Chain team for follow-up.
• Assist in monitoring shipment status and updating delivery trackers.
• Coordinate and arrange supplier site visits and business appointments.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and required documents.
• Maintain and update supplier contact databases and appointment trackers.
• Participate in financial planning related to purchasing and inventory control.
• Assist in collecting supplier documents and certifications when required.
• Assist in data collection and analysis for procurement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support general procurement administration and documentation activities.
