Job summary

Fuciphagus Agritech Sdn Bhd seeks a proactive Supply Chain Executive / Senior Executive to manage material planning, procurement, supplier relations, logistics and export coordination. The role spans local and overseas sourcing, price negotiations and ERP record accuracy to strengthen the company’s supply chain function.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in supply chain or related fields, with Mandarin proficiency for China communications, and solid Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations management or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, logistics or related functions.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Experience dealing with local and overseas suppliers will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required for communication with suppliers in China.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good Microsoft Excel and ERP/system knowledge.
• Good supplier negotiation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently, plan ahead and identify supply risks before they affect production or customer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan raw material, ingredient and packaging material requirements based on production schedules and sales orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, material shortages and near-expiry materials.
• Source local and overseas suppliers, including suppliers from China.
• Obtain quotations, perform price comparisons and raise Purchase Orders.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate local transportation, courier and freight arrangements.
• Arrange customer deliveries according to confirmed shipment dates.
• Handle export permit applications and shipping documentation.
• Monitor purchasing and freight costs.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records in ERP/system.

SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Supply Chain Executive / Senior Executive to join our food manufacturing operations. This role covers Material Planning, Procurement, Supplier Management, Logistics and Export Coordination, with opportunities to participate in building and strengthening the company's Supply Chain function.

Key responsibilities

• Plan raw material, ingredient and packaging material requirements based on production schedules and sales orders


• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, material shortages and near-expiry materials


• Source local and overseas suppliers, including suppliers from China


• Obtain quotations, perform price comparisons and raise Purchase Orders (PO)


• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and delivery schedules


• Coordinate local transportation, courier and freight arrangements


• Arrange customer deliveries according to confirmed shipment dates


• Handle export permit applications and shipping documentation


• Monitor purchasing and freight costs


• Maintain accurate supply chain records in ERP/system

About you

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field


• Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, logistics or related functions


• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or manufacturing will be an advantage


• Experience dealing with local and overseas suppliers will be an advantage


• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required, as this role involves regular communication and negotiation with suppliers in China


• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia


• Good Microsoft Excel and ERP/system knowledge
