Job summary

Fuciphagus Agritech Sdn Bhd (FASB) in Malaysia is seeking a motivated student pursuing a Diploma or Degree to support data cleaning, organizing and testing of business processes. You will work with Excel, help ensure data quality and document clarifications as gaps are found.

You will learn how requirements translate into system workflows, assist with AI tool usage, and collaborate with colleagues across functions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in a related field.
• Comfortable using Excel for sorting, filtering and data checks.
• Careful, organised and able to ask questions when unclear.
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues from different functions.
• Mandarin Chinese plus English or Bahasa Malaysia; interested in AI applications.
• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

• Maintain project task lists, progress records and supporting documents.

• Test AI-generated outputs against source information and report inaccuracies.
• Prepare simple user guides and assist with internal training activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Business IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Comfortable using Excel for sorting, filtering, basic formulas and data checking.
• Careful, organised and willing to ask questions when information is unclear.
• Able to communicate clearly and work with colleagues from different functions.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese and either English or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Interested in business processes, digital tools and practical AI applications.
• Able to follow instructions, meet agreed deadlines and provide progress updates.

Experience with ChatGPT, Power Query, SQL or basic web development is an advantage, but is not required.
