Job summary

Range Pharma Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Executive (Planning & Inventory) to coordinate purchasing, sales, production, and QC, ensuring materials are available and deliveries occur on time. You will own inventory accuracy, material availability for production, and on‑time dispatch, reporting to the Admin Manager.

The role requires 1–3 years in supply chain, planning or inventory, with strong Excel skills and ERP experience; Odoo training is provided.

Qualifications

• Education in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field
• 1–3 years' experience in supply chain, planning, inventory or materials management, ideally in manufacturing
• A clear, direct communicator who is comfortable delivering bad news early and keeping everyone informed
• Comfortable with numbers and Excel; ERP experience of any kind is a plus, and Odoo training is provided
• Organised, and able to balance competing demands from several departments
• English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage
• Experience in pharmaceutical, feed, food or other GMP-regulated manufacturing is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Build demand forecasts with the sales team, using sales history and upcoming orders
• Turn forecasts and production plans into raw material and packaging requirements, and flag purchase needs to cover lead times
• Keep stock records in Odoo accurate through regular cycle counts, and investigate and resolve variances
• Track the QC status of incoming materials so production isn't held up waiting for releases
• Process local and export sales orders in Odoo (Our ERP system)
• Work with logistics companies and internal documentation teams so orders leave on time
• Be the link between purchasing, sales, production and QC
• When something is going to be late, short or wrong, raise it early and openly, never sit on it
• Call meetings and push for process changes when the current way of working isn't working
• Use Odoo daily and help guide its development by identifying the workflows, reports and features that would make operations run better
• Report regularly to management on stock levels, material availability, and dispatch performance

Range Pharma Sdn Bhd is a veterinary pharmaceutical and animal nutrition company manufacturing products for local and export markets, with operations in Malaysia and overseas.

About the role

You'll sit at the centre of our operations, linking purchasing, sales, production and QC so the right materials are in the right place at the right time. You'll own three things: inventory accuracy, material availability for production, and on-time dispatch. You'll report to the Admin Manager, and you'll have the authority to challenge how things are done and drive changes across departments.

What you'll do

Demand and material planning

Build demand forecasts with the sales team, using sales history and upcoming orders

Turn forecasts and production plans into raw material and packaging requirements, and flag purchase needs to purchasing early enough to cover lead times

Keep stock records in Odoo accurate through regular cycle counts, and investigate and resolve variances

What we’re looking for

Education in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field

1–3 years' experience in supply chain, planning, inventory or materials management, ideally in manufacturing
