Job summary

Range Pharma Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive supply chain planner to link purchasing, sales, production and QC. You will own inventory accuracy, material availability for production, and on-time dispatch, reporting to the Admin Manager.

You will have the authority to challenge current processes and drive improvements across departments. Responsibilities include building demand forecasts with the sales team, translating forecasts into material requirements, managing stock in Odoo, and coordinating

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in supply chain, planning, inventory or materials management, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and ability to deliver bad news early.
• Proficient with numbers and Excel; ERP experience and Odoo training is a plus.
• Organised with ability to balance multiple department demands.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Demand and material planning: build forecasts with sales and convert to material requirements.
• Inventory: maintain stock records in Odoo and investigate variances.
• Orders and dispatch: process local/export orders and coordinate with logistics.
• Cross-department coordination: link purchasing, sales, production and QC; raise issues early.
• Systems and reporting: use Odoo daily and report stock levels and dispatch performance.
