Supply Chain Executive (Based in Malaysia)

This is an active, hands-on support role for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping things organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will play a key role in following up with suppliers, coordinating across teams, and keeping our orders, shipments, and stock on track. You don’t need years of experience — but you do need a strong sense of responsibility, grit, and the drive to see things through from start to finish.

Founded in 1983, Felton Malaysia is a leading wholesaler of plastic products (household and furniture) and is looking to expand its operations internationally under Desa Mudah Sdn. Bhd.

Currently, the company has 1,500+ products in its product range across 6 major plastic categories, designed and developed by an in-house R&D team.

The company’s goal is to become Asia’s most renowned plastic brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing & Coordination

• Help prepare and update Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).
• Follow up persistently with vendors, internal teams, and suppliers to confirm orders, schedules, and any pending issues.
• Ensure proper documentation is collected and filed.

2. Logistics & Shipment Support

• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with the Malaysia HQ team.
• Track shipments and flag delays early.
• Support basic customs or delivery paperwork preparation.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Update stock movement in the system and ensure accuracy in records.
• Follow up with the warehouse team on physical stock transfers and delivery status.

4. Administrative & Reporting Tasks

• Maintain clean, organized records of orders, shipments, and stock levels.
• Help prepare simple supply chain reports for management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams to support daily operations.
• Help elevate and resolve small issues in a timely, practical way.

6. Other Tasks

• Take on ad-hoc duties or admin support tasks as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

• No formal work experience required, but internship or admin/logistics exposure is a bonus.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or any related field.
• Strong willingness to learn, follow up, and push through challenges.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin and basic English helpful).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and not afraid of repetitive or hands-on tasks.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel or open to learning.
