Hydac Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Executive to coordinate supply chain activities for Hydac's products in Malaysia and Brunei. You will communicate with Hydac personnel, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

The role requires a minimum degree and 2 years of related experience, with strong purchasing, inventory control, and ERP/SQL capabilities. Excel proficiency and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Degree qualification (Purchase and Supply or in related fields are preferred).
Proficient in using SQL and/or ERP software.
Computer literacy—Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

Manage daily purchasing activities by issuing, processing and verifying PR and PO to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Prepare and issue delivery notes for all outgoing shipments.
Handling all local, import & export logistic duties.
Preparing of Shipping Documents.
Coordinate and liaise Customs Officers and logistic service providers on clearance matters.
To initiate delivery of goods as per customer's requirements.
Tracking incoming / outgoing products if arrives at destination.
Ensure accurate picking and goods checking for outbound shipment.
Monitor & control the flow for overall stock movement (Incoming/Outgoing) for inventory accuracy of actual goods & system.
Assist with warranty claims to suppliers.
Manage and maintain quality control of products coming into and out of Hydac Malaysia.
Assist with the management of the warehouse.
Proper documentation and good filing system.
To perform other ad-hoc tasks from time to time assigned by supervisor.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Executive (SCE) to join our team. This appointment requires you to be substantially involved in the coordination of the supply chain management of Hydac's products (complete range) within Malaysia and Brunei. Hence, as a minimum a constant communication with all personnel of Hydac Malaysia as well as suppliers and logistic companies is an essential requirement of the job functions.

Requirements
