Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Malaysia to execute end-to-end supply chain activities, focusing on procurement, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure materials are sourced, delivered, stored, and managed efficiently to meet business objectives.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost effectiveness, while maintaining accurate inventory and compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years in procurement, shipping, receiving, or logistics, preferably Aerospace MRO.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and QA procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with inventory software and MS Office.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Aerospace industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.
• Maintain understanding of procurement processes and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery, cost competitiveness, and quality.
• Liaise with logistics providers for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and customs documentation.
• Monitor delivery schedules and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage/handling of materials.
• Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations to manage stock levels and replenishment.
• Collaborate with quality, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Support site audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, shipping, receiving, or logistics, preferably in the Aerospace MRO industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, shipping and receiving processes, inventory management, and quality inspection procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Aerospace industry standards and regulations.
