Job summary

Mirage Synergy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage overseas shipments and ensure timely delivery. You will liaise with internal departments and suppliers to streamline forwarding and customs clearance.

The role requires experience in purchasing related tasks, proficiency with Excel and SQL accounting software, and Mandarin communication. This is a full-time position with EP/SOCSO/EIS benefits and annual leaves.

Qualifications

• Experience with overseas shipments and logistics operations.
• Familiar with purchasing tasks and supplier coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL-based accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure shipments are handled promptly and on-time.
• Handle customs formalities and clearance processes with authorities.
• Coordinate forwarding activities and ensure timely clearance of goods.
• Assist in purchasing and overseas logistics shipment bookings.
• Assist in duty tax calculation and related tasks.

• Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.
• Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.
• Assist in purchasing, overseas logistic shipment booking, quotation comparison & related tasks
• Assist in duty tax calculation, payment & related tasks

• Experienced in purchasing related job scopes
• Familiar with excel calculation & SQL accounting software
• Good knowledge of relevant logistic & custom arrangement, conditions, practices and procedures.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• NON-HALAL (business nature related to alcohol)
