Job summary

MIRAGE SYNERGY Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics coordinator to liaise with internal departments, ensure shipments are handled promptly, and manage customs clearance. The role covers forwarding activities and timely import/export clearance, plus assisting in purchasing and shipment bookings.

The candidate should have experience with overseas shipments, purchasing tasks, and be familiar with Excel calculations and SQL accounting software.

Qualifications

• Experienced in handling oversea shipments and logistic-related job scopes.
• Experienced in purchasing related job scopes.
• Familiar with Excel calculations and SQL accounting software.
• Good knowledge of relevant logistic and customs arrangements, conditions, practices and procedures.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin.
• NON-HALAL (business nature related to alcohol)
