Job summary

MIRAGE SYNERGY Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced logistics and purchasing professional to handle overseas shipments and related tasks.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Excel and SQL accounting software, understand customs procedures, and be able to communicate in Mandarin. This role operates in a non-halal business context and requires careful handling of compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling overseas shipments and logistics.
• Experience in purchasing related tasks.
• Familiar with Excel calculations and SQL accounting software.
• Good knowledge of logistics and customs arrangements.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Non-halal business context (alcohol related).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure shipments are handled promptly and on time.
• Handle all custom formalities with customs and authorities for clearance.
• Manage forwarding activities and ensure import/export goods are cleared timely.
• Assist in purchasing, overseas logistics shipment booking, quotation comparisons.
• Assist in duty tax calculation, payment and related tasks.
