Job summary

Frencken in Penang seeks a meticulous Contract Administration Clerk to support contract data extraction, upload into the CLM system, and quality checks. You will review information fields, capture key details, and maintain electronic records with accuracy.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM or higher, related field advantage.
• Good command of English and basic contract terminology.
• High accuracy in document checking and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the integration and uploading of existing valid SCM-related contracts into the CLM system.
• Review existing contracts against the required information fields and ensure relevant information is accurately captured.
• Extract key contract information, including contract parties, contract dates, expiry dates, contract type, and other relevant details.
• Perform data entry and update contract information accurately in the CLM system.
• Assist in checking and verifying uploaded contract documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain electronic contract records in accordance with the required filing structure.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and highlight the issues to the relevant person for clarification.
• Assist in tracking the status of contract integration and follow up on outstanding documents or information.
• Use available AI tools to support contract information extraction and administrative activities, where applicable.
• Perform other administrative and document-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
