Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. seeks a Commercial & Contracts Specialist with supply chain support to join our offshore team in Malaysia. You will draft and manage contracts, support pricing and tender processes, and provide analytics to guide leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with the CEO, GM and Projects team, work with tools like Asana, HubSpot, and ERP systems, and deliver clear reports and dashboards. Strong English, attention to detail and proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

3–7+ years' experience in commercial, contracts administration, procurement or supply chain roles.
Drafting and managing contracts, variations and renewals.
Commercial analysis: pricing, margins, cost optimisation.
Tender/RFQ support and vendor evaluations.
Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and risk obligations.
Experience with ERP/finance platforms and project/workflow tools.

Responsibilities

Contracts & Commercial Administration: draft, review and prepare contracts, variations and related documentation.
Maintain contract registers, renewal dates and cross‑system records (e.g., Asana, HubSpot).
Support leadership with formatting, preparation and collation of contracts and approvals.
Commercial Analysis & Reporting: conduct margin and cost analyses, evaluate bids and prepare cost models.
Supply Chain Support & Market Research: pricing reviews, tender support, supplier benchmarking and market research.
Stakeholder Support & Communication: liaise with CEO/GM/CFO, present analyses in clear English, build offshore relationships.
