Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Delivery/Logistics Assistant to ensure timely processing and coordination of customer deliveries. You will work with production to generate delivery orders and maintain updates in daily reports.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multi-task are important, with prior FMCG or beverage exposure considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field is required or preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with FMCG, food or beverage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer deliveries are processed and arranged on-time.
• Coordinate with departments and customers on delivery matters.
• Provide customer service and support.
• Generate delivery orders, update customer summaries and daily reports.
• Perform weekly stock reports with production for management review.

• Ensure customer deliveries are processed and arranged on-time
• Coordinate with the respective departments and customers on delivery matters
• Provide customer service and support
• Generating delivery order, updating customer summary and daily reports
• Perform inventory stock take with production department for weekly stock report for management review.
• Perform data entry work accurately and in a timely manner
• Undertake any other jobs and duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess Diploma in any related field (preferably supply chain)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well
• Experience dealing with FMCG, food or beverage is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Must be proactive and able to start work immediately
