Job summary

Livingstone Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Selangor offers a supply chain internship position for current students pursuing a Diploma/Degree in related fields. You will assist with daily operations and warehouse tasks, while developing skills in data handling and reporting.

You will support activities such as unpacking, labeling, AWB generation, and inventory updates, and help prepare delivery and shipping documents. Training will be provided and you will gain practical experience in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle data and documents accurately.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily supply chain operations.
• Assist in unpacking and inspecting goods for reporting purposes.
• Assist in labelling and packing stock according to procedures.
• Assist with AWB generation and inventory updates.
• Prepare and organize delivery, shipping, and inventory-related documents.
• Update system records and maintain accurate supply chain data.
• Assist in tracking deliveries and following up on shipment status.
• Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
• Assist with ad hoc task assigned by the supervisor.
