Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive – Warehouse & Logistics to join our Batu Pahat, Johor team. The role focuses on coordinating customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams, and managing daily warehouse activities, including exports and inter-company transfers.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in supply chain or related field with at least 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, and strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer feedback to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer support issues.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of third-party warehouse activities, including export shipments and inter-company transfers.
• Support warehouse efficiency improvement initiatives and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse & Logistic Manager.
