Christine's Bakery in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an energetic Shift Operations Manager to supervise frontline staff, ensure smooth guest flow, and uphold service quality during busy hours.

You will handle guest feedback, maintain presentation and cleanliness, and support training. The role requires 1-2 years in F&B, strong communication, and a positive, customer-oriented attitude. This is an on-site role with opportunities to lead a small team and contribute to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Shift Operations Management - Supervise front-line team during shifts to ensure smooth guest flow, service quality, and floor coverage.
• Guest Service & Issue Handling - Address guest feedback promptly and elevate issues as necessary to maintain satisfaction.
• Order & Presentation Accuracy - Ensure correct order fulfillment, cleanliness, and consistent product presentation.
• Team Support & Development - Assist in training, onboarding, and guiding new crew members.
• Compliance & Financial Duties - Uphold hygiene and safety standards, and manage shift-end cash handling, reporting, and handovers.
