Job summary

Jora Malaysia, based in Kuala Lumpur, is hiring for a front-of-house role in a busy restaurant environment. The successful candidate will bring 1–2 years of F&B or hospitality experience, demonstrate strong communication and a positive, customer-focused attitude, and work well in a small team during peak hours.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders accurately, ensuring timely service, maintaining table presentation, and supporting food service while upholding hygiene and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality service.

• Guest Service Excellence – Greet and serve guests courteously, ensuring accurate order-taking and timely service delivery.
• Restaurant Presentation – Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and overall ambience to provide a welcoming environment.
• Food Service Support – Assist with food running, clearing, and restocking duties efficiently.
• Menu Knowledge & Recommendations – Understand the menu and confidently make product suggestions to enhance guest experience.
• Operational & Safety Compliance – Support opening, closing, and cleaning routines while adhering to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
