Job summary

Christine's Bakery in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly hospitality professional to deliver excellent guest service. With 1–2 years in F&B or hospitality, you will greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely service with a positive attitude.

You will work in a small team, maintain table setup and ambience, assist with food running and restocking, and uphold hygiene and safety standards throughout busy hours. Knowledge of the menu will help you make confident recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to work in small team and maintain discipline during busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Excellence – Greet and serve guests courteously, ensuring accurate order‑taking and timely service delivery.
• Restaurant Presentation – Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and overall ambience to provide a welcoming environment.
• Food Service Support – Assist with food running, clearing, and restocking duties efficiently.
• Menu Knowledge & Recommendations – Understand the menu and confidently make product suggestions to enhance guest experience.
• Operational & Safety Compliance – Support opening, closing, and cleaning routines while adhering to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
