Saiyakaya (M) Sdn Bhd is a leading manufacturer of protective films and adhesive packaging. The company seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical equipment and automation systems, ensuring full operational efficiency of production machinery.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with willingness to work shifts.

Formación

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Mechanical.
• Preferably Junior Executive in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in machine maintenance encouraged for non-degree candidates.
• Experience in electrical, industrial automation systems, production maintenance and troubleshooting.
• At least 2 years of related working experience.
• Able to work on shifts (Morning, Noon, Night).

Responsabilidades

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose facility faults and provide instant recovery actions.
• Provide technical support during machine installation, testing and commissioning.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance requirements.
• Generate machine breakdown reports and propose recovery plans.
• Monitor process quality and report to management.
• Perform machine operation according to process work instructions.
• Handle machine setup and mold changes.
• Maintain production records and logs of equipment performance.

·The person is to responsible to preventive maintenance activities, to resolve and troubleshoot all the issues with related to factory equipment, electrical, mechanical and other related tools.

He has to ensure the production machines, equipment & tools are functioning in full operational efficiency.

To diagnose the facility faulty and provide an instant solution to make good of the production facilities.

To provide technical support to the technical team during machine installation, testing and commissioning.

To plan & execute preventive and corrective maintenance requirement.

To generate machine breakdown reports and propose a recovery plan.

Follow production/process specifications monitors temperatures, forming, and related controls to ensure good quality of product be produced

Performing Machine operation according to process work instruction

Handling Machine’s periodic maintenance Sets up machine and change the mold.

Performing machine trouble shooting and repairing

Ensuring machine operation at desired efficiency level

Monitoring process quality status and report to management

Able to perform adjustments and repairs to equipment.

Maintains production records and logs of equipment and product performance.

Job Requirement: -

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.

The candidate without paper qualification but having strong hands‑on experience in machine maintenance are encouraged to apply.

Experience in electrical, industrial automation system, production maintenance repair and troubleshooting.

Equipped with hands‑on experience in making good of production machines.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to work on Shifts (Morning, Noon, Night)
