Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a Production Technician to monitor daily production operations, perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting, and assist in resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.

You will support preventive maintenance, ensure products meet quality standards, and maintain production records. The role includes contributing to process improvements, enforcing 5S and safety rules, and training operators on work instructions.

Qualifications

• SKM 3/ Diploma in Mechanical or electrical required.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure production specifications.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Train and guide operators on machine operation and work instructions.
