Job summary

SB SUPPLIES & LOGISTICS SDN BHD in Sarawak is seeking a Supervisor / Shift In-Charge to manage daily outlet operations for our SugarBun and PEZZO QSR outlets. You will ensure smooth workflow, uphold SOPs, monitor service quality, and supervise staff to maintain high standards.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while coordinating with the management team. Relevant certifications in food safety and halal awareness are preferred.

• Ensure all opening, operating, and closing procedures are properly carried out.
• Monitor service quality, food preparation, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Lead, guide, and supervise outlet staff during daily operations.
• Allocate staff duties according to operational needs.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, grooming, and compliance with company rules.
• Ensure food and beverage preparation follows company SOP and standard recipes.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and consistency.
• Monitor daily stock levels and ensure sufficient ingredients and supplies are available.
• Perform closing procedures including cash counting, payment reconciliation, and outlet checking.
