Job summary

Toh Soon Cafe SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Café Supervisor / Service Crew to oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service in Petaling Jaya. You will provide friendly customer service, take orders, and support the service crew with cashier duties and daily tasks.

The role requires good communication, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts, weekends, and public holidays may be required; English and/or Bahasa Malaysia skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous café, restaurant, or F&B experience preferred.
• Supervisor experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an advantage.
• For Supervisor applicants, previous experience leading or supervising an F&B team is preferred.
