Job summary

13Units in Johor Bahru is seeking energetic and responsible Service Crew Members to join our Front of House team. You will help create a positive dining experience from arrival to departure, greeting customers and assisting with seating, ordering, and questions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with seating, ordering and menu enquiries.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to our service standards.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining and service areas.
• Respond to customer requests and feedback professionally.
• Communicate closely with kitchen, beverage and service teams.
• Follow SOPs, food safety standards and operational procedures.
• Learn our menu, products, promotions and membership programme.
• Help create the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that represents 13Units.

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

Previous experience in F&B, hospitality or customer service is an advantage, but not compulsory
