Rocks Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to support daily store operations in our F&B and retail outlets. Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations: food and beverage prep, cashier operations, inventory control, and SOP compliance.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages daily per quality and safety standards.
• Operate cashier system, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
• Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, maintain availability, place stock orders.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and stock control to minimize wastage.
• Follow SOPs and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
• Maintain daily banking duties as required.

• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, maintaining optimal stock availability, and placing stock orders as needed.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and stock control to minimize wastage and shortages.
• Always Follow and ensure full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in line with operational and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all daily banking duties are performed according to timeline.
