Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, a Valiram Group subsidiary, is expanding its fashion-forward retail network in Malaysia. We seek motivated individuals to join as part of a leading speciality retailer and brand builder, delivering outstanding service and achieving sales goals across multiple stores.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, prior team management experience, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Must satisfy listed minimum education levels.
• 1) Experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• 2) Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• 3) Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the Brand and maintain a professional image.
• 2) Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• 3) Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as required.
• 4) Ensure monthly store sales targets are achieved.
• 5) Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join our ever-expanding family as part of a leading speciality retailer and brand builder.

Key responsibilities

Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image

Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set

Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required

Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store

Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores

About you

Passion for selling

Prior experience in managing team

Prior experience in fashion/retail industry is highly preferred

Customer service oriented

Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be comfortable with retail hours (shift work, weekends and Public Holidays)

Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field

Required language: English
