Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in fashion retail.
• Prior experience in staff and store management & report is highly preferred.
• Passion for selling and customer service oriented.
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the Brand and maintain a professional image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as required.
• Ensure monthly store sales targets are achieved.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

Job description

We command a large presence in Malaysia as well as in Singapore with continuous expansion plans. We currently have close to 50 stores in Malaysia and are continuously growing each year.

Key responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store
• Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores

About you

• Minimum 3 years experience in fashion retail
• Prior experience in staff and store management & report is highly preferred
• Passion for selling
• Customer service oriented
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends and Public Holidays)
• Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
• Required language: English and Bahasa Melayu
