Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our expanding team in Malaysia. You will be an ambassador for the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across our stores.

Ideal candidates should be comfortable with retail hours (shift work, weekends, public holidays) and possess relevant education. English proficiency is required for daily operations in our stores.

• Be an ambassador for the Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores.

Key responsibilities

Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image

Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required

Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store

Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores

Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
