Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, a Valiram Group subsidiary, operates fashion-forward stores across Malaysia, Singapore, and beyond. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing retail family as a full-time store associate, providing exceptional service while meeting sales goals.

Ideal candidates should have at least SPM or a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, be fluent in English, and comfortable with shift work, weekends, and public holidays as part of a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the brand and maintain a professional, customer-focused image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving store sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as needed.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

Responsibilities

• To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.
• To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set.
• To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays).
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
