Job summary

Venture – Technocom Systems Sdn Bhd in Tebrau, Johor, is seeking a Supervisor, Production to oversee the overall production process and lead Manufacturing Associates to meet schedules and quality targets.

The role requires coordinating training, ensuring adherence to procedures, maintaining discipline, and supporting EHS initiatives to improve workplace safety and environmental compliance.

We’re looking to add a Supervisor, Production in Tebrau, Johor.

As a Supervisor, Production You will:

• Provide support to manage overall production processes.
• Manage and lead a team of Manufacturing Associates in meeting production schedules and quality targets.
• Plan, organize and motivate a team towards achieving manufacturing objectives.
• Monitor and train Manufacturing Associates to develop workforce capability.
• Ensure Manufacturing Associates adhere to work procedures are carried out in correct manner.
• Maintain high level of discipline and tardiness among the Lead Associate and Manufacturing Associates.
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
