Job summary

Venture Electronics Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is looking for a Program Manager (BU Management) to lead cross-functional teams, deepen customer partnerships, and deliver launches on time with targeted cost and quality.

You'll drive operational excellence by coordinating engineering changes, optimizing productivity, and ensuring delivery commitments align with customer requirements while strengthening profitability and our competitive position in global electronics

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with minimum 8 years relevant working experience in EE Manufacturing or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or work experience.
• Preferably possess direct hands-on experience in medical products and/or networking products.
• Possess strong leadership, technical competencies and analytical capabilities.
• A team player and able to interact effectively with all levels within the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationship with customers.
• Involvement in providing competitive quotes to customer.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operational issues with the goal of meeting customer delivery requirements.
• Monitors trends related to operations and others and take appropriate actions where necessary
• Manages and co-ordinates activities to meet set objectives and customer requirements-delivery, quality and profitability.

• Ensure the achievement of all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness.

• Maintains effective communications and good relationship with customers.
• Review and approve Engineering Change, document change and subordinate overtime, line qualification and deviation.
• Perform other duties as and when required by Venture.

We’re looking to add a Manager, Program (Business Unit Management) in Bayan Lepas plant.

As a Manager, Program (BU), You will:

Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationship with customers.

Involvement in providing competitive quotes to customer.

Responsible for the day-to-day operational issues with the goal of meeting customer delivery requirements.
