Production Operator

Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for motivated production operators to operate production machinery and contribute to efficient daily output in Selangor.

You will follow SOPs, perform basic quality inspections, record production data, assist in machine setup and troubleshooting, report issues promptly, and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with 5S and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent; technical or vocational qualifications are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to operate production machinery or willing to learn.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from China would be an added advantage.
