Job summary

2RABOND in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Coating & Bonding section. You will supervise daily production activities, organize workers according to production needs, and ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and safety.

The role requires leadership, coordination with multiple departments, and adherence to SOPs. Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience and a willingness to work shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in related field will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in glove manufacturing or coating is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Good manpower management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and SMETA is an advantage but not required.
