Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production planner and supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities and ensure on-time delivery. You will guide production operators, allocate manpower, and monitor material flow and machine downtime to optimize performance.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Overtime and a 5.5-day work week may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Production Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and production-related software.
• Positive thinking and self-motivated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to take initiative and work independently.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week and overtime when required.
