Job summary

Syarikat Sin Kwang Plastic Industries in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing activities, ensure adherence to work instructions and control plans, and achieve targeted yields.

You will supervise line operators, monitor safety and 7's, manage training records, coordinate material flow, and support continuous improvement while maintaining on-time delivery and quality. SAP knowledge is an advantage, and strong communication with all levels is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Assembly/Injection manufacturing line.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing to production plan and yields within their area of production.
• Oversees training and complete training records for all manufacturing personnel.
• Supervise line operation to ensure products are according to work instruction, control plan and requirements.
• Enforced safety and 7's guideline as per manufacturing standard.
• To ensure output meets the targeted output, standard quality requirements and on-time delivery.
• Daily attendance monitoring; immediate action taken to resolve the issue.
• Handling the arrangement of material into the production line.
• Ensure the traceability lot control item.
• Involve in quality improvement activity.
• Monthly inventory for Production and sub store parts.
• SAP add advantage.
• Ensures that the raw materials are available to suit his production planning.
• Initiate correction action and improvement plan to enhance productivity and cost saving
• Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of employees in the organization
• Undertaking any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and/or Company.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Assembly/Injection Manufacturing Line.

• Good knowledge in organization work and planning.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to work as a team in order to achieve department objective.

• Ability to work independently.
