Job summary

Aanaika Collections Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a store-focused professional to lead customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. The role covers stock replenishment, price tagging and merchandising to meet store targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in fashion retail, with experience in staff/store management and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. English and Bahasa Melayu are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years fashion retail experience.
• Prior experience in staff and store management & report is highly preferred.
• Passion for selling.
• Customer service oriented.
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable with retail hours (shift work, weekends and Public Holidays).
• Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.

Key responsibilities

Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image

Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set

Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required

Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store

Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores

About you
