Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, part of the Valiram Group, is a leading specialist retailer with exclusive brand rights across Malaysia. We seek a customer-focused retail professional to promote a premium brand experience across our stores.

You will be rewarded with a fast-paced environment, weekend/holiday shifts, and a 3-month contract providing exposure to a growing fashion-forward company with expansion plans across Malaysia and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores.

Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.

Key responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set

Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required

Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store

Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores

Must be comfortable with retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays)

Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
