Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, part of the Valiram Group, is a fashion-forward retailer with exclusive rights to operate stores for famous brands in Malaysia. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to join our growing family.

The role focuses on brand representation, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing stock and price tagging, and conducting regular store stock counts. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualificações

• Must have passion for selling and customer engagement.
• Experience in managing teams is preferred.
• Experience in fashion/retail is highly preferred.
• Customer service orientation and professionalism are essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store
• Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores

Key responsibilities

Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image

Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set

Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required

Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store

Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores

Requirements:

Passion for selling

Prior experience in managing team

Prior experience in fashion/retail industry is highly preferred

Customer service oriented

Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be comfortable with retail hours (shift work, weekends and Public Holidays)

Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field

Required language: English
