Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent premium brands in our Malaysia stores. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, handle stock replenishment and price tagging, and contribute to meeting monthly targets across our network.

The role requires flexibility with retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Join a fast-paced team in a growing specialty retailer and brand builder.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work across retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English and Malay with a customer-friendly approach.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the Brand and maintain a professional image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as needed.
• Help meet monthly store sales targets through daily operations.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

Key responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store
• Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores

About you

• Passion for selling
• Customer service oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable with retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays)
• Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
• Required language: English and Bahasa Melayu
