Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty is seeking a Store Supervisor for its Malaysia outlet. You will assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, cash handling, reporting, and promotion execution to drive sales.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, delivering excellent customer service, managing displays, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness while ensuring procedures are followed and customer inquiries are resolved.

• Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
• Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)
• To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer
• Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
