Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an outlet supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the service crew. You will coach staff, manage shifts, and ensure high service standards while maintaining hygiene and safety.

You will handle cash procedures, stock checks, and liaise with suppliers to support smooth service flow. As a primary problem solver for customer complaints, you’ll drive efficiency, supervise cleanliness, and ensure timely execution of promotions and new menu items.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service crew in a busy restaurant environment.
• Ability to coach staff and run refresher trainings for service excellence.
• Strong organizational skills for shift planning and stock checks.
