• Prepare and process billing / invoices / related documentation and internal billing / intercompany transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and arrange product deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and proper documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform timely stock replenishment to maintain optimal stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Maintain proper storage, organization, and housekeeping of the warehouse/store.
• Supervise store personnel and ensure daily tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
