Job summary

The Magellan Sutera Resort is seeking a Room Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring pristine guest rooms and public areas aligned with the resort’s high standards. You will supervise a team of Room Attendants, provide training, and coordinate with maintenance to uphold exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in housekeeping or a similar supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a detail-oriented, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or housekeeping operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
