Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Supervisor Distribution Center Operations in Shah Alam, Malaysia to support daily operations across inbound and outbound activities. You will oversee staff, ensure procedures are followed, monitor outstanding orders, and address inventory issues with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of similar experience, a relevant business/SC qualification, and strong MS Office skills to generate reports and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Monitor daily outstanding orders and actions to meet timelines.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, rejections and POD to meet schedules.
• Resolve system variances between DKSH and TN reports as needed.
• Address inventory issues and conduct ad-hoc counts as required.
• Attend urgent orders promptly and ensure tasks are completed.
• Lead the team and report disciplinary issues to HOD.

About The Role

To support the daily operations in all functional areas to enable a daily completion of all associated tasks of our business. Oversee and take responsibility for all staff and ensure that procedures to the operations are complied with.

What You Will Deliver

• Assist HOD to run daily operation.
• To check daily “Outstanding Orders” report and take appropriate action as needed.
• To ensure all the Outbound, Inbound, rejection and POD to meet the timeline.
• To check system variance for both DKSH and TN system as per auto report.
• Act on inventory issues reported by Tiong Nam (ie conduct ad-hoc physical count, check documentation, liaison with relevant department on system transaction checking).
• To attend to all urgent orders and any assigned tasks promptly and ensuring completion of the assigned tasks.
• To monitor the team to ensure all the daily task to complete.
• To undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by the Executive in charge and/or the management.
• Report any disciplinary issues to HOD.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate with the capability to use systems for information access and report functions.
• Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Planning and implementation skills with emphasis on operational requirements and reductions of known bottlenecks.
• Organization skills to determine manning levels for functions and shift requirement.
• Comprehension of inventory control processes and procedures.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Section 26, Shah Alam.
