The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Staff Management - Supervising, training, and guiding employees to meet performance and company standards.
• Daily Operations - Ensuring the store runs efficiently, from opening and closing procedures to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Inventory Control - Monitoring stock levels, ordering merchandise and ensuring accurate inventory.
• Customer Service - Handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Store Maintenance - Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall good order within the store or warehouse.
• Policy Adherence - Ensuring all operations and employee activities comply with company policies and procedures.
