Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with suppliers and carry out negotiation.
• Looking for new suppliers & conduct market survey from time to time.
• Understand the consumer needs and the market trend.
• Control stocks flow including ensuring quality and timely stock arrival.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and managing stock allocations to outlets and interpret sales forecast.
• Process payment arrangement, invoices and purchase orders.
• Any other ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time
