Job summary

Guppy Plastic Industries - Melaka Branch seeks an entry-level QA/QC assistant to support incoming quality checks. Responsibilities include basic measurements, coordinating lab testing, and ensuring timely data entry.

Candidates should have up to 6 months experience in manufacturing or quality and be proficient with computers and MS Office. The role requires quick adaptation to a fast-paced environment and teamwork within a matrix structure, maintaining a positive attitude and adherence to

Qualifications

• SPM/O Level/SKM Level 1-3 or equivalent educational background.
• 0–6 months working experience in Manufacturing, Quality or equivalent.
• Proficient in using computer and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment and work in a matrix team with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• To perform basic measurement as required in SII.
• To send part to Lab and collect the Part after inspection to buy off.
• To carry out buy off in daily fix.
• To carry out duties aligned to all company's policy, values and SOP.

Job description

1. SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent

2. Minimun 0-6 months working experience in Manufacturing, Quality or equivalent;

3. Have skills in using computer & microsoft office.

Responsibility

1. To perform basic measurement as required in SII;

2. To send part to Lab and collect the Part after inspection to buy off.

3. To carry out buy off in daily fix

4. To carry out duties align to all company's policy, values and work culture;

Function

1. Morning meeting with WH and SQA team

2. To report and update any the abnormal/ rejection issue during incoming

3. To perform quality Incoming inspection activities as per company SII;

4. Responsible for daily incoming data inspection to be accuracy and on time basis;

5. All work conducts whenever and wherever applicable, shall be as spelled out in the company's standard operating procedure;
