Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Packing Operator to oversee daily packing operations, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time completion of tasks. You will monitor activities, operate PWR/Glue machines, and enforce SOPs and safety rules to meet quality standards.

Additionally, you will conduct QC inspections, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions. You will help organize daily tasks, assist with logistics and delivery arrangements, and support management with other duties as assigned.

• 1. Assist in overseeing and coordinating daily Packing operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• 2. Monitor packing activities and ensure products are packed according to the required quality standards and specifications.
• 3. Monitor the operation of PWR / Glue Machine and ensure proper operating procedures are followed.
• 4. Ensure all workers comply with established SOPs, safety procedures and workplace requirements.
• 5. Conduct and assist in Quality Control (QC) inspections to ensure finished products meet the required quality standards.
• 6. Identify defective, damaged or non-conforming products and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• 7. Assist in coordinating Logistics & Delivery activities, including loading, unloading and delivery arrangements.
• 8. Organize and allocate daily tasks to workers according to operational requirements.
• 9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
